Kerli is our senior recruiter in the Estonian team. Kerli has studied sociology and has worked in HR for 5 years. "Sociology gave me the basic knowledge of how to analyze what is happening in society and people's behavior, all of this has helped in HR work, where it is constantly necessary to be aware of the market situation, and good analytical ability allows you to find just the right candidates for the position."
