Key Account Manager
Key Account Manager delivers sales targets through projects and account management (GPs, Specialists, Nurses, Pharmacists, KOL and Therapeutic Area Groups.)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure assigned region‘s high performance and evaluate the competetive landscape
- Sales and meeting responsibility for interactions with GPs, Nurses, Spec, KOLs, TG (DFC), regional payers and health related political stakeholders in the region
- Organize round-tables, events and conferences for medical education
- Initiate and run relevant projects that benefit our brands and company
- Enable access to our medicines by influencing formularies and protocols for our products in the region
- Ensure that all targeted customer activities are implemented according to business plans
- Interact efficiently by using appropriate tools for interaction like a phone, web call, webcast, e-mail, f2f etc.
What we expect:
- Medical (medical, pharmaceutical or other natural science) education
- Pharmaceutical market knowledge and skills
- General understanding and previous experience of KAM
- Experience in project management
- Experience in product management would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and self organizing skills
- Fluency in English and Estonian
- Valid drivers’ license
