    JUNIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Currently we are looking for a JUNIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our team in Baltic Countries.


    With direct reporting to Key Account Manager Baltics, You will take care of the current main customers of Estonia, while developing new customers and channels.


    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Scouting and activation of new customers (retailers/wholesalers) and channels (Horeca, OOH)
    • Growing relations and increasing sales with current customers
    • Keeping relations and managing agreements with the relevant buyers
    • Management of the back-office tasks in accordance with sales policies
    • Control of usage of the dedicated trade budget
    • Analysis of performance of retailer‘s KPIs
    • Tracking of competitor actions in the market
    • Market check, store visits


    REQUIREMENTS

    • Higher relevant education degree (economics, business management or similar)
    • Previous experience in the similar role of at least 2 years in modernly structured FMCG sector companies (experience in fresh or frozen food sector would bring added value)
    • Knowledge of the main customers in the area (Estonia)
    • Understanding of market analysis tools (Nielsen data) is highly appreciated
    • Fluent in English and Estonian
    • Good communication, planning, organizational skills
    • Willingness to travel
    • Driving license (company car will be provided)
