Head of Sales
Our client is looking for a Head of Sales to join their amazing team!
As Head of Sales, you will use your extensive experience to grow our Annual Recurring Revenue while simultaneously building a high-performing team responsible for partnership management and sales.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Taking strategic and tactical steps to grow Annual Recurring Revenue.
- Creating Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the team (sales, partnerships) aligned with company objectives.
- Analyzing the health of the sales funnels (conversion rates at different sales stages, client/partner acquisition costs, average time to close the deals, etc.) and presenting an actionable plan for any needed mitigating actions.
- Standardizing best practices across the Sales team and throughout the client journey (first sales, cross-sale, and upsell).
- Building and developing the team responsible for partnership management and sales.
- Building customer and partner base continuously and working towards increasing the company’s growth speed; working alongside other stakeholders to improve the company’s ability to serve clients globally.
Skills you require:
- Proven results from being in a leading Sales role and knowledge of the whole sales funnel (from lead acquisition to signing).
- Experience selling SaaS.
- Ability to develop and execute a business strategy and build an effective sales team.
- Experience in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of one of the major CRM tools. We use Pipedrive.
- An open leadership style and hands-on approach to participating in sales calls.
- Professional/native level in English and exceptional communication skills.
