Office Manager

Stafferty's client is an Estonian capital-based investment company that invests its own funds in real estate, capital markets, and alternative asset classes. The investment portfolio includes several large real estate properties in Estonia and Finland, and the company is actively seeking new investment opportunities.

Due to rapid portfolio growth, the company is looking for an Office Manager to be responsible for administrative tasks related to the office and personnel and to help develop and implement document management systems and internal rules.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing daily office work, including personnel and resource management
• Developing internal rules and training personnel
• Developing and implementing document management systems
• Managing reporting and documentation and reporting to management
• Responsibility for compliance with occupational health and safety and data protection requirements
• Reception and communication with clients and partners as needed, organizing events

Requirements for the candidate:

• Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to plan and organize and set priorities
• Good computer skills and IT aptitude
• Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken

Preferred qualifications:

• Higher education
• Work experience in a financial or real estate company
• Work experience as an Office Manager, HR Specialist, or Executive Assistant
