Planning and Sales Effectiveness Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from Sales, Finance & Marketing to spot trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate sales data, market share, sales, stocks, and customer feedback to assess product performance and suggest actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with various teams (sales, marketing, R&D, finance) to drive strategic planning and meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance metrics to monitor business performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Prepare analysis and recommendations as needed, to support Forecast meetings and annual Budget process.
Expectations for the candidate:
- Proven experience as a business analyst, market researcher, or consultant.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of agricultural markets, crop production systems, and agronomic practices is a plus.
- Fluent Estonian and English.
